If TCP FX list is not showing up, turn it on at "Options - Show FX inserts in TCP (when size permits)" (Reaper v6.14 or newer required). This can be fixed using the Theme Adjuster's global color controls tab (midtones, shadows, saturation etc). Contrast and colors look well balanced on my screen, but they may look wrong on yours.
